Therapy for neurodivergent and creative thinkers.
Individual Therapy
I work with Gen Z and millennial adults (and anyone who’s young at heart) who are:
Burned out from people-pleasing
Struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, or identity
Tired of masking or feeling like they’re never enough
In our work together, we’ll:
Make sense of your story
Accountability and follow-through
Rebuild self-worth from the inside out
Help you show up as your full self — without guilt, fear, or shrinking
I use structured, practical tools from CBT, DBT, EMDR, Symbolic-Experiential and Geek Therapy to help you feel more in control, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
Services
(Telehealth only)
Couples Therapy
I work with Gen Z and millennial (and anyone who’s young at heart) couples who are:
Arguing about the same things over and over
Struggling with emotional disconnection or mixed communication styles
People-pleasing, masking, or feeling like they’ve lost themselves in the relationship
In our work together, we’ll:
Slow things down and figure out what’s really going on
Strengthen your emotional connection and communication
Help each of you feel safe, seen, and understood in the relationship
I use a mix of Gottman Method (Level 2), EMDR, and practical tools to support real change—not just surface-level fixes.
Family Therapy
I work with families who are:
Struggling to communicate without conflict or shutdowns
Feeling disconnected or “stuck” in old patterns
Navigating neurodivergence, identity differences, or big life changes
In our work together, we’ll:
Create a space where every voice can be heard
Untangle patterns that keep your family from feeling close
Build tools to handle conflict in healthier ways
My approach blends CBT, DBT, EMDR, and systems-focused strategies so we can address both individual needs and the health of the family as a whole.
Family therapy is about more than solving problems—it’s about creating a home base where everyone feels safe and supported.
About Me
License# M.2500386
Hi, I’m Bianca — a neurodivergent therapist (ADHD-Inattentive & Level 1 Autistic), relationship nerd, and recovering perfectionist.
I help individuals, couples, and families untangle messy dynamics, rebuild authentic self-worth, and stop shrinking themselves to make others comfortable.
My style is warm, direct, a little geeky, and rooted in evidence-based, practical tools (I’m big on measurability).
I’m a believer that behavior creates insight—so be ready for an accountability buddy.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me drinking too much tea, watching dystopian sci-fi, or hyperfixating on Latin or Asian fusion cuisine (okay… mainly desserts).
My mission is to make mental health feel relatable, human, and accessible to all, so if you’ve made it this far consider contacting me via email today.
